Begins as soon as contract is signed and deposit paid, as far as 2 months before the wedding day
Bridal Services
Unlimited calls, emails, and text communication
Accompany you on 1 venue visits/site walk
1 face-to-face or zoom meetings for vendor/personal production meetings of your choice (can include wedding details, budget, itinerary, menu and catering, florals, decor, etc)
Create a personal month-of checklist to keep you in track through the final weeks
Provide your wedding party and family with a personalized timeline at the rehearsal ceremony
Management
Provide referrals from Salt Events preferred vendor list if still needed
Create a detailed event time schedule for vendors and wedding party
Contact and confirm itinerary with vendors 3 weeks prior to wedding day
Work with vendors to provide insurance to venue
Coordination
Creative guidance of design and decor of wedding
Provide a detailed floor plan
Conduct a 1 hour rehearsal prior to wedding day
Day-Of Set-up & Coordination
Coordinate and manage the timing of events from beginning to end, arriving at least 3 hours prior to ceremony and staying till all formalities have been completed
Will provide 1 additional coordinator assistant (depending on wedding size and detail another may need to be added for additional cost)
Set up all day-of decoration and details (welcome table, place cards and settings, seating chart, decor, etc)
Box up all personal items (champagne glasses, cake cutting tools, photos, gifts and cards, etc) and make sure they are given to the assigned person or taken to assigned room
Wedding party and guest management
Work with your vendors to ensure they are providing you with the ultimate service
Ensure final vendor payments are made and gratuity is distributed
